Ordering
Placing an order through this site is a request to have a frame made to your specification. We confirm every order before production begins. Prices shown include the options you selected and exclude any import duties, which are the customer's responsibility.
Made to order
Every frame is cut and finished to the exact measurements you provide. Because of that, we can't resell a piece made for someone else - please double-check your measurements before ordering. If your order hasn't entered production yet, contact us and we'll change or cancel it.
Payment
Production starts once payment has been received in full, using whichever payment method you selected at checkout.
Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are given in good faith and are not guaranteed dates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please inspect your parcel on arrival and tell us about any damage within 48 hours, with photographs.
Liability
Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
