Production time
Every frame is built to order. Production usually takes 3-5 business days before your parcel is handed to the carrier.

Delivery
Parcels are fully insured and tracked. You'll receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order is dispatched.

Packaging
Frames travel in a double-walled carton with corner protectors and a rigid face board. Glazing is taped and interleaved so it can't move in transit.
